Marie founded InterSpace Design in 1984 and holds a B.A. in Interior Design, Cum Laude, from Washington State University, as well as a Certificate in Facilities Management from UC Berkeley. She is president of the California Peninsula Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (2009-10), a professional member of the ASID, a Certified Interior Designer in California, and GREEN Accredited Professional.
