Personable Business Introductions
Learn from the master, Kristy Rodgers, how to build better personal connections.
The concept is simple: people do more business with people they know and trust. In practice, it’s a bit more complex. Kristy Rogers, known throughout the valley as the premier enabler of effective networking shows us how it’s done. At the end of the event, you’ll know at least 8 chapter members as you’ve never known them before. And, those same people will know about you, the individual, as well as your business.
Kristy will take participants beyond superficial networking skills into the world of creating meaningful relationships, all within a 3 minute personal / business introduction. Kristy provides the structure, you provide your personal profile.
Some of you will want to prepare in advance so we are providing the questions below. Additional information will be made throughout the month by email with tips for the introductions as well as the networking hour preceding it. Come early. Stay late. Be known.
In a small group format your three minute personal introduction will include:
Personal Questions
• If we knew you, what would we ask you about?
• What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
• What topics do you most enjoy talking about?
• What makes you happy?
Business Questions
• Tell us BRIEFLY about your business and what you offer
• What target audiences are you looking to meet?
• Ask for what you need, either a personal or a professional request.
• What inspired you to start your business or be in this career?
• What do you love most about your business or career?
You’re sure to come away with a new view on expanding your personal and business network.
AND… Don’t forget your business cards!!!
COST: $20 for Practitioner and IP Members, $10 for Student Members, $30 for Non-Members
